International Research Institute for Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Dong A University

The International Research Institute for Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (IAD), established in January 2017 in Da Nang, Vietnam, focuses on enhancing and developing methods in AI and Data Science to address real-world challenges. Originally founded as the Division of Artificial Intelligence at Dong A University, it was renamed in 2021 to reflect its global research and development mission. IAD aims to be a leading force in AI and DS research, offering consultation and technology transfer in smart manufacturing, healthcare, and finance. Its mission includes conducting research, developing technologies, training talent, and fostering collaborations to promote AI and DS adoption in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

Da Nang Semiconductor and Artificial Intelligence Center for Research and Training (DSAC)

Establishing the DSAC is one of the activities to concretize the city’s political determination in implementing urgent tasks and the city's strategy for developing integrated circuit (IC) design and artificial intelligence. The center will conduct research and design training activities in microchips, semiconductors, and AI development, as well as engage in technology transfer and international cooperation in the fields.

IPA DA NANG (Da Nang Investment Promotion Agency)

Da Nang Investment Promotion Agency (IPA DA NANG) under the Da Nang People’s Committee, is a state agency with the function of advising the People’s Committee of Da Nang City to organize the implementation of domestic and foreign investment promotion activities in Da Nang; support and facilitate investors to establish and implement investment projects in the city. IPA DA NANG is a reliable agency for investors, a bridge between investors and the Da Nang City Government..

Da Nang Department of Science and Technology

The Department functions as the specialist advisory body to the Da Nang People’s Committee for state management of science, technology and innovation activities. This encompasses research, technology development, innovation, science and technology potential building, standards, measurement, quality, intellectual property, radiation safety and application, and public science and technology services.
